The 27-minute HIIT workout is high intensity but low impact. We're able to accommodate many past injuries and health concerns using a combination of shock-absorbing flooring to minimize stress on your joints, low impact exercises and a Certified Personal Trainer to guide you along the way! You're always in good hands at Shred 27!

The 27-minute group training workout is run in a motivating, energetic environment with heart-rate tracking along with guidance and accountability from a Shred 27 Personal Trainer.
Shred 27 Trainers will help adjust movements to work with most health concerns or past injuries and will challenge a more advanced member to push you to the next level. This also gives you the ability to get personal trainer level results at a much lower cost as it would take to hire a personal trainer one-on-one!

Each workout is specifically designed to spend 15 minutes over 80% of your max heart rate. Achieving this zone during our total body workouts places a greater demand on your body than a typical 60 minute workout. This results in true fat loss, muscle toning and a faster, more efficient metabolism.
BACKED BY THE SCIENCE OF MUSCLE PROGRESSION
After 6 weeks of a typical exercise routine, results will often decrease or stop all together. This is commonly know as an exercise plateau.
Shred 27 eliminates plateaus with muscle progression principles. New workouts are designed each day and never repeat. The Shred 27 model is based on scientific evidence and principles that progress our members through 2 week training phases allowing some body adaptation to occur but progressing to a new phase before a plateau can start to occur.
