We don’t write “one-size-fits-all” workouts. Shred 27 minute HIIT workouts are designed to get women's bodies the best results in the shortest amount of time. Within a 27 minute HIIT workout, we pack in a combination of high intensity cardio to burn body fat, weight training to tone and shape your body and core exercises to slim and develop your abs. The scale doesn't tell the whole story. Shred 27 focuses on burning body fat, changing the way you feel.

Shred 27 minute HIIT workouts are backed by the science of EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) not only burning calories during the workout but also boosting your metabolism to help you continue burning calories for up to 36 hours post-workout.
Each workout is specifically designed to spend 10-20 minutes over 80% of your max heart rate. Achieving this zone during our total body workouts places a greater demand on your body than a typical 60 minute workout. This results in true fat loss, muscle toning and a faster, more efficient metabolism.
4 PHASE TRAINING PROCESS TO ELIMINATE PLATEAUS
After 3-5 weeks of an exercise routine, results will often decrease or stop all together. This is commonly know as an exercise plateau.
Shred 27 Boot Camp eliminates plateaus with exercise variety and muscle adaptation. New workouts are designed each day and never repeat. The Shred 27 model is based on scientific evidence and principles that progress our members through 2 week training phases allowing some body adaptation to occur but progressing to a new phase before a plateau can start to happen.

ARRIVE 30 MINUTES EARLY
A little nervous to start? Don't worry, we have lots of new people starting every week! Arriving 30 minutes early gives us enough time to give you a good overview of our 27-minute HIIT workout, talk about your fitness goals, any past injuries or healthy concerns you may have and redeem any current promotion you would like to use.
Please note that we may not guarantee you a spot at your first workout if arriving less than 30 minutes early. To ensure a safe workout, our personal trainers will want enough time to understand your fitness background and health history before participating in a high-intensity interval training workout.
