
If you find you have lumbar (or lower back) pain, your first thought may be to keep your body in a state of immobility when in reality the best thing you can do to alleviate some of the pain is to STRETCH!! Here are some great stretches you should perform EVERYDAY to help begin to alleviate the pain. As with anything, these stretches must be performed repeatedly day after to day to begin to truly see an improvement. Remember to hold each stretch for 30 seconds, 3 times and to breath deeply and allow your body to relax deeply into the movement.
