Air Fryer White Fish

Crispy fish filets

For the quickest, healthiest, fish recipe around look no further than this week night fish special! This tasty fish comes out light and crispy and will keep you solid with your nutrition goals for the “Fit for the Holidays” Challenge.


  • 4 Fish fillets Cod, Haddock, Halibut, or any white fish.

  • Seasoned salt

  • Butter

  • Lemon (for serving)


  1. Pat fish filets dry with a paper towel. Lightly season with seasoned salt (to your taste).

  2. Top each filet with one pat of butter.

  3. Set your air fryer to 360 degrees F and fry for 6-10 minutes depending on the thickness of your filets. Each air fryer is slightly different so test your fish by it’s flakiness. If it flakes apart easily with a fork then it’s done!

  4. Serve with a slice of lemon. This fish also pairs well with wild rice and sautéed spinach or your choice of greens!

Expert Tip: Fold the thinner part of the filet under itself to avoid over cooking the thinner parts of the filet!
