These tasty little sausage bites are an easy snack to make and eat! Plus, they are low in carbs, healthy, and delicious! These can be made as a travel ready staple throughout the week or simply as an after school snack for kids!!

1 English Cucumber sliced
2 Chicken Sausages
2 Tbsp Hummus (flavor of your choice)
6 Grape Tomatoes
Brown the Chicken Sausages according to package directions.
Place sliced cucumbers on a tray or plate. Add a dollop of hummus on top of each slice of cucumber.
Slice browned sausages and place each slice on top of the hummus.
Slice Grape Tomatoes in half and place each half on top of the sausage and secure with a toothpick. Serve and enjoy!
