Tropical Frozen Yogurt




For a quick nighttime treat that will satisfy your craving for something sweet but keep you on track with your healthy eating goals, try this Tropical Frozen Yogurt! If you’re not a fan of the tropical flavors in this frozen yogurt then feel free to swap the fruit out for your own creative options!

Makes: 4 servings

Calories: 225 k/cal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 cup pineapple

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons honey

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Transfer to an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) glass dish.

  3. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

  4. Enjoy!
