Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

- 2 frozen bananas

- 2 cups kale or spinach

- 1-2 cups frozen mango chunks (these can be bought in the frozen food isle)

- 2 tsp Matcha powder (this can be found at some grocery stores or ordered online)

- 1-2 cups coconut or almond milk (depending on how thick you’d like your smoothie bowl)


Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until completely smooth. Pour in a bowl and serve with granola, seeds, almond slices, coconut shreds, fresh fruit or any topping of your choice!
